The main thing that keeps me using Com-Tech is their personal care & use of language that I understand which seems very hard to come by when technology is involved.Whenever I have computer problems they access my computer over the internet to fix most problems quickly. I have relatives in the East Midlands so if the problem requires more attention I am happier to take a trip up to see my family and drop off the computer at Com-Tech than to use a more locally situated company.
